As there has not been enough events forwarded to make the running of a road rally championship viable, the Association of North East Midland Motor Clubs will not be promoting one until this situation alters. This is a great shame as it is one of the grassroot motorsport disciplines for new competitors.

Thank you to all of the competitors and sponsors who have supported the championship over the years. Hopefully, in time, it will return.
